Who Can Apply?

The apprenticeship program is reserved for our most committed VIP members. Here's what you need to qualify.

You must hold an active VIP membership at SXY's Corporate Club to be eligible to apply.

Applicants must have been VIP members in good standing for a minimum of six consecutive months.

Everything you need to know before applying or listing a program.

Yes. The apprenticeship program is exclusive to VIP members who have held their membership for at least 6 consecutive months. Not a VIP member yet? Upgrade your plan here →
It depends on the business program. Each listing clearly states whether the position is paid, unpaid (for experience), or includes a stipend. Businesses offering paid programs must sign a financial commitment agreement before their listing is approved.
After applications close, our team of business strategists reviews all candidates and forwards a curated packet to the business owner — including any relevant notes. The business owner makes the final hiring decision. All parties are notified via email.
Businesses pay a one-time program setup fee per listing: $150 for unpaid/experience-based programs and $250 for paid or stipend programs. Programs requiring more extensive background check coordination may incur an additional fee — our team will confirm that with you during review. A monthly active program fee applies while your listing remains open. All fees are confirmed before your listing goes live.
Yes — you may apply to multiple programs. However, each application must be submitted separately with the specific program in mind. Sasha will guide you through the process for each one.
Only with your permission. We'll ask both the member and the business owner separately before making any announcement in our community hub. Your privacy is always respected.
